Send Reminder Options

In SafeSend Organizers™, you have the ability to send reminders for each section of the organizer process.

Navigate to the Delivered Organizers Report.

  1. Click the checkbox.
  2. Click  Send Reminder to open the Send Reminder Options window.
  3. Select each reminder that you would like to send to the taxpayer.
    • If a reminder is grayed out, the section is either completed or not included.
  4. Click Send.
