In SafeSend Organizers, you have the ability to manually send reminders to the taxpayer for engagement letters, organizers, and source document uploads.
- Navigate to the Delivered Organizers Report.
- Check the box to the left of the taxpayer's Name.
- Click Send Reminder to open the Send Reminder Options window.
- Select each reminder that you would like to send to the taxpayer.
- If a reminder is grayed out, the section is either completed or not included.
- Click Send.
