Send Reminder Options

In SafeSend Organizers, you have the ability to manually send reminders to the taxpayer for engagement letters, organizers, and source document uploads. 

  1. Navigate to the Delivered Organizers Report.
  2. Check the box to the left of the taxpayer's Name.
  3. Click  Send Reminder to open the Send Reminder Options window.
  4. Select each reminder that you would like to send to the taxpayer.
    • If a reminder is grayed out, the section is either completed or not included.
  5. Click Send.
