Improvements

• A new global Change Status button is available on the Organizer Reports page for proforma organizers. Users can select multiple organizers and manually change their status to Manually Signed for engagement letters and Manually Completed for organizers. These statuses will be shown on organizers and can be applied as filters.

  • Only engagement letters with the statuses Awaiting E-sign, Reviewed, and Partially Signed can have their statuses manually changed.

  • Only organizers with the statuses Delivered and Partially Completed can have their statuses changed.

  • Once a document's status has been changed to Manually Signed or Manually Completed, it cannot be changed back.

  • After a document's status has been changed, taxpayers will not be able to sign or complete the document(s). However, they will see an option for downloading the document(s) from the Summary page.

    

• Organizer statuses now reflect taxpayer and CPA behavior more precisely.

  • The Source Document Status of an organizer will only change to Downloaded when the user has downloaded all source documents. If even one source document has not been downloaded, the status will remain Uploaded.

  • The Uploaded status will be shown as black text if no source documents have been downloaded. If some source documents have been downloaded but others have not, the Uploaded status will be shown as a blue hyperlink. Clicking on this link shows a Download Details pop-up that lists the document name, its download status, and time it was downloaded (if applicable).

    

  • If an organizer has a Source Document Status of Downloaded and then the taxpayer uploads a new source document, the organizer status will change back to Uploaded.
