Taxpayer Preview will open up a new tab that shows the return from the taxpayer's perspective.

- Contact Person allows you to decide who appears as the contact person for the taxpayer. You may select any user in the drop-down.

Message From Preparer allows you to add a message that appears to the taxpayer after authentication. You can select a stored message, edit, or create a new one:
- Click New to open an editor to create a new message to the recipient.
- Add hyperlinks, adjust the font size, the color of text, etc.
- Click View to open an editor to edit an existing message
- Add hyperlinks, adjust the font size, the color of text, etc.
- Click Update to save the message.
- Once a message has been added, the View button is removed and an Edit button appears.
- Click New to open an editor to create a new message to the recipient.
This section will allow you to change the email notifications. The current selections are applied from the My Settings.
- Select the name that will appear on email notifications that the client receives in the Sender Name drop-down
- Select which user receives a notification that the Engagement Letter (or any additional signing documents) in the Notify About Completed Engagement Letter drop-down.
- Select which user receives a notification that the taxpayer has marked their Organizer as Complete in the Notify About Completed Organizer drop-down.
- Select which user receives a notification that the taxpayer has uploaded their source documents in the Notify About Uploaded Files drop-down.
- This notification will only be triggered when the taxpayer selects 'Save & Notify' on the upload screen.
This section allows you to change selections for Signing and Organizer reminders. These are applied from the Admin Settings.
- Select the Signing Reminder drop-down to set how often reminders to Sign the Engagement Letter are delivered.
- Select the Organizer Reminder drop-down to set how often reminders to Complete the Organizer are delivered.
- Use the toggles to the right of the drop-downs to turn the corresponding reminders on or off.
