Organizers In-Process

The main Organizers In-Process dashboard shows organizers that have been uploaded, but not delivered.

Action Icons:

  • Delete
    • This is where you can delete organizers in multiples 
    • To do this would just need to select the boxes on the left side of the organizer(s) and then hit "Delete" at the top
    • You can also delete a single organizer by hitting the red "X" on the right side of the "Actions" drop-down menu. 
    • You will receive a confirmation box asking you to "Are you sure you want to delete these selected documents?" and then select "OK".

  • Process
    • This icon will allow you to open the uploaded organizer and begin processing it for delivery.

  • Edit Client Info
    •  Taxpayer information can be changed by selecting this icon. 
      • Click the green 'info' card in order to access the Edit Client Info window.
      • Change any of the information that needs to be updated

Tax Software Icon - This will always be available in Send Organizers and Organizers Report. 

    • Whenever you need to upload an organizer, you would just simply click on the icon that corresponds to the tax software used (CCH).
    • Once selected it will bring the "Upload Document" window to allow you to upload new organizers.

  • Export To Excel-  (All Assignments) This is where you can export all information listed for all returns showing in All Assignments. 
    • To do this you would just select the Export to Excel button on the top right-hand side and this will automatically generate a spreadsheet with the information.

Organizers In-Process Statuses

  • Uploaded: This status will appear briefly immediately after the organizer has been uploaded. It will change to Ready once the upload is complete. It may take several minutes for this status to change for large organizers. 
  • Ready: This status will appear after the return has completed uploading. It indicates that the return is fully uploaded and is ready to be processed and that no one has started processing it yet. 
  • Processing: This status will appear after a user clicks the organizer to being processing.
  • Preparing for Delivery: This status will appear briefly immediately after the organizer has been delivered. The organizer will be moved to the Organizers Report section once delivery is complete. It may take several minutes for this status to change for large organizers. 
  • Error: This status indicates the organizer was not recognized by SafeSend Returns or was missing pertinent information. Please refer to the CCH Organizer Guides in this help center. 
  • Non-Supported: This status indicates the organizer was not recognized by SafeSend Returns or was missing pertinent information. Please refer to the CCH Organizer Guides in this help center.
